John started working in the construction industry when he was 17 years old, gaining experience in precast construction tying rebar and pouring concrete. In 1990, he started his apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union building scaffolding and working on bridges. During that time is when John decided that specialty contracting was what he enjoyed the most and in 1995, is when he decided to start Falewitch Construction Services. John started FCS with the emphasis on taking care of employees and providing quality and service to their clients. To this day, both values remain its primary purpose.
