Hazael brings years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for craftsmanship to his role as Project Engineer at Falewitch Construction Services. After moving to the U.S. in 2006, he built a strong foundation in the trades—starting as a mechanic and quickly expanding into commercial work, metal fabrication, and heavy equipment operation. His love for carpentry, especially finish work and hanging doors, led him to thrive in the field, contributing to standout projects like the Joslyn Art Museum.

Now in his new role, Hazael continues to lead with a growth mindset and team-first attitude. He believes in treating every project like it’s his own and is driven by the desire to keep learning and growing in the industry.
